MyDeltaSolar Terms of Use

You must have a MyDeltaSolar account in order to use Delta cloud services Delta may collect your personal data and protect your privacy when you use MyDeltaSolar service. By using MyDeltaSolar service, you agree that Delta can use, store, process your personal data inside and outside EEA such as United States of America, England, Finland or Taiwan and monitor your inverter's status if necessary. In some case, Delta employees, authorized contractors or agents may use or process your account to analyze any issue and problem you have while using Delta solar inverter or service. Delta will share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside Delta if Delta has a belief in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of your information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or enforceable governmental requirements; or enforce our services, including investigation of potential violations; or detect, prevent possible fraud, infringement of security or technical issues; or protect against harm to our rights, property or data security, or other user's public safety. Delta will keep your personal data until you expressly terminate Delta cloud services in writing. You may contact Delta in any of the following ways to request termination or request correction, deletion or cessation of processing of your personal information.
